No Smoking Policy 🚭 All our properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. 🚭 If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. 🚭 In properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas. 4. Conduct and Noise 🔇 Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 🚫 Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization. ⚠ Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. 5.
