1. Who we are
NOK is a hospitality-led living platform. We operate and manage furnished residences for short, long and everything-in-between stays across Colombia, the United States and the Dominican Republic.
2. Bookings
A reservation is confirmed once payment is authorized and a confirmation email is sent. You must be at least 21 years old to book, provide accurate guest details, and comply with local regulations at your destination.
3. Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD or the local currency of the property and include cleaning fees. Taxes and applicable tourism fees are shown at checkout.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and are displayed at checkout before you confirm. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Guest conduct
Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of any companions during the stay. Events, parties, commercial activity or unregistered guests are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing. NOK may terminate a stay without refund in case of serious breach.
6. Property condition
Report any damage or issue within 24 hours of check-in. The guest is liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of liability
NOK is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or stay, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the NOK entity that issues your reservation, as reflected in your booking confirmation.
