Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we get it. This policy explains how and when you can cancel a reservation at NOK, and what refund you can expect.

1. Standard cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancel within that window and you receive a full refund of what you paid, minus any non-refundable fees disclosed at checkout.

Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total stay (excluding cleaning fee).

Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund. The reservation is charged in full.

2. Long stays (28+ nights)

For long stays, the first month is non-refundable once check-in begins. Cancellations of remaining months require 30 days written notice. A pro-rated refund is issued for the unused time after the notice period ends.

3. Modifications

Date changes are possible subject to availability. Contact hola@nok.rent at least 14 days before check-in. Rate differences apply.

4. NOK-initiated cancellations

If we must cancel for reasons attributable to NOK (property unavailability, operational issue), we will either relocate you to a comparable NOK property or issue a full refund, at your choice.

5. Force majeure

Natural disasters, government travel bans, and similar unforeseeable events that prevent occupancy are handled case by case. We aim to find a fair solution — typically a future-stay credit or pro-rated refund.

6. Refund processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

7. How to cancel

Email hola@nok.rent with your confirmation code, or reach us on WhatsApp from the site. We respond in hours, not days.
