We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, payment details, guest details, and any message you send us through contact or booking forms. We also collect usage data (pages visited, device type, IP address) via cookies and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to (a) process reservations and communicate with you, (b) deliver and improve the NOK experience, (c) send transactional email (booking confirmations, check-in instructions) and — with your explicit consent — marketing communications, and (d) comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share limited data with service providers that help us operate: Guesty (property management), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Mailchimp (newsletter), Google (analytics, maps), and our hosting provider Vercel. We never sell your data.
4. International transfers
NOK operates across Colombia, the United States and the Dominican Republic. Your data may be transferred to and processed in any of these jurisdictions. We apply appropriate safeguards aligned with applicable data-protection law.
5. Retention
We retain reservation and tax-relevant data for the periods required by local law. Marketing subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing, at any time by emailing hola@nok.rent.
