Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. 🚭 If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. 🚭 In properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas. 4. Conduct and Noise 🔇 Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 🚫 Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization. ⚠ Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. 5. Deposits and Responsibilities 💳 A refundable deposit may be required at check-in. 🛠 Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest. 🔍 Missing or damaged items will be charged and deducted from the deposit or processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. 6. Visitor Policy 👥 For stays under 30 days: All visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance through the reservation chat. Immediate authorizations are not allowed. 🏡 For stays of 30 days or more: Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. If they wish to enter after this time, an ID must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰ Visiting hours: From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a nightly charge per person will be applied. 11.
