Conduct and Noise 🔇 Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 🚫 Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization. ⚠ Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. 5. If they wish to enter after this time, an ID must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰ Visiting hours: From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a nightly charge per person will be applied. 11.
