Cleaning 🧹 The property is cleaned ONLY ONE TIME before and after the stay. 🧼 Additional cleaning services can be requested at an extra cost and are subject to availability. 🔄 Guests are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable condition. 3. No Smoking Policy 🚭 All our properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. 🚭 If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. 🚭 In properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas. 4. Conduct and Noise 🔇 Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 🚫 Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization. ⚠ Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. 5. Deposits and Responsibilities 💳 A refundable deposit may be required at check-in. 🛠 Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest. 🔍 Missing or damaged items will be charged and deducted from the deposit or processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. 6. If they wish to enter after this time, an ID must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰ Visiting hours: From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a nightly charge per person will be applied. 11.
